Crisis Management and Reputational Risk play a vital role in the overall effort to build, protect, and enhance an organization's brand, and reputation.  Every type of business faces "routine" risks or challenges in the normal course of doing business that, if not addressed properly can significantly impact the bottom line.  

These can include change in management, litigation, employee injuries and disputes, government regulation, natural disasters, facility and organizational expansions and public policy and political issues.

Brand and reputation are critical corporate assets, and crisis management and reputational risk are essential to the development, preservation, and enhancement of those assets.  An organization's best ammunition is to have a strong crisis and reputational risk management plan in place to manage all complexities.
